6 ShopTouch Pro Terminals, Bar Code Labelling Networked to an Office
The city council runs this award-winning
attraction.
It chose ShopTouch Pro from nationwide competition.
The city's IT department required compliance with existing Council
audit systems.
They
use a portable hand-held & portable printer to sell and print admission
tickets.
This is then connected into the main system to download sales data to the
central system.
Originally sited on the Eddystone Rocks, this amazing lighthouse was moved
stone by stone to its present site on Plymouth Hoe in the late 1880s.
Smeatons Tower has been Plymouth's most famous landmark ever since.
Climb the 93 steps and enjoy the spectacular panoramic view over the city
and beyond.
"Datatouch is an excellent company with the after sales
support second-to-none.
It's a very efficient EPoS system."
